Full refunds
If we haven't yet submitted your filing to the state, we'll refund 100% of what you paid — both the state fee and the service fee. Email us at support@stayfiled.com with your order ID.
Service-fee refunds
If we've already submitted your filing to the state, the state filing fee is non-refundable — the state has it now, not us. We will, however, refund our service fee if the filing failed because of an error on our end.
Re-filing at no charge
If the state rejects the filing because of something we got wrong, we re-file at no additional service charge. You only pay the new state fee if the state charges one for a re-submission.
What's not refundable
- Information you provided that turned out to be inaccurate
- Delays caused by the state's processing time
- Changes you made to your business after we submitted the filing
How to request a refund
Email support@stayfiled.com from the address on your order with your order ID and a brief description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
