How we got here
Small team, deliberate growth. We'd rather file a thousand renewals correctly than launch a feature nobody asked for.

Started filing for a handful of friends running side LLCs.

Opened the doors to anyone. First 500 LLCs filed by year-end.
- 2025
Crossed 3,000 LLCs across 11 states. Hired our first dedicated filing specialist.
- 2026
Expanding to more states; adding multi-entity dashboards for portfolio LLC owners.
